Presented for your reference, we are aware that Microsoft are having issues that impact how Outlook Desktop App interacts with Exchange.

Workaround: IF your team members experience issues with the Outlook Desktop App they can use Outlook Online: https://outlook.office.com/

From Microsoft: Some users may be unable to send emails from the Desktop Application

We are not planning to post further TEXT MESSAGE updates on this matter at this stage.
We hope this will be resolved before Monday though in light of Microsoft not planning to update this until Tuesday then it’s still possible to see the tail end of this impacting normal business processes early into the week.
This is a manually updated page, Microsoft’s status updates won’t be reflected in real time, we will update this as we see MSFT status changes.
