For Existing Users – Switch to Passwordless
If you have Microsoft’s Authenticator already setup you can Switch to Passwordless
Note: Making the switch to Passwordless requires your IT to have it setup for you.
For New Users
If you are new to Microsoft’s Authenticator and have not set it up before then you have two choices:
Choice One – Passwordless (recommended)
Your IT has to have enabled Passwordless first so if that is done then this is our recommended start point:
